FAQs

In theory, just about anything. It could be a question, a request to modify something on your site, to install or remove something, to change layout or colors... there aren't really any specific rules on this. The only requirement is that it should take roughly no more than 15 minutes (it is a quick support request after all). Tasks longer than this will be quoted based on the current standard hourly rate.
Each plan can be applied to one site. If you wish to cover multiple sites then we can work out a discount for you.
You can get in touch directly via email or by ticket. You'll generally receive a response within 24 hours (during office hours). Subscribers to the sWP-FSM plan can create an urgent request through their account and receive a reply 24/7 within a maximum of 60 minutes.
